The floor, not a promotion. If a covered part fails inside ten years, the part is covered. No system leaves the quote engine with less than this, which is why the estimate can print it without an asterisk.
Labor is where warranty promises usually die: the part is free and the visit costs hundreds. On the cold-climate systems the network quotes, the labor to install the covered part is covered too, for the same ten years. Your estimate says which line applies to which system.
Parts-only sounds identical on the phone. The invoice is where the difference lives, so ask for the labor answer on paper.
Some coverage quietly halves if a form is not filed after install. Ask who files it and get that answer in the proposal.
If the warranty is real, it survives being printed next to the price. A quote that will not state its coverage is stating it.
